Open Course Cancellation and Non Attendance Policy
This policy applies to all In Equilibrium open training courses. Cancellation charges will apply even if you have a free place.
Cancellation of a place
You may cancel your place at no cost and be fully refunded of any fees you have paid provided you have given us more than 10 working days notice that you wish to cancel your place.
If you cancel after this time you will be charged the full cost of the place. All cancellations must be received in writing.
Should the course be cancelled for any reason by In Equilibrium, then we will reimburse all booking fees already paid. Booking fees only cover attendance at each event and refreshments provided by the organiser. Accommodation, travel, telephones and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the delegate.
Non-attendance
If you book a place but do not attend on the day In Equilibrium reserves the right to charge you the full cost of the place.
Sending someone else in your place.
You may opt to send another colleague in your place at any time with no extra cost. Please tell us in writing of any change as soon as possible.
Non-payment
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received by In Equilibrium before the event.
