Tejal Fatania

Tejal is a former senior HR professional with multi sector experience gained in a variety of large organisations.  His areas of responsibility included driving cultural change, employee engagement, leadership and management development, organisational design and development and talent management.

As a corporate trainer he now specialises in the design and delivery of in-house courses in cultural change, stress management, managing conduct and capability, leadership skills and change management.

With a background as a former lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at De Montfort University, Tejal is an engaging and enthusiastic trainer with a passion for leading cultural change aimed at enhancing employee well-being and performance. 

Tejal is a Chartered FCIPD and has an MA in Industrial Relations from Warwick Business School and a BA honours in Government from Birmingham City University.
