Training for Managers
This training increases awareness and recognition of harassment and bullying in the workplace. Key learning objectives include understanding the short- and long-term consequences of bullying and conflict – both on the victim and the organisation – and how to introduce practical actions and strategies to prevent the development of a culture of bullying.
Training for all Employees
The objective of this training is to raise employees awareness of what bullying and harassment is and when it is taking place. It also covers the responsibilities of all those involved together with actions which should be taken if you believe you are being bullied or harassed.
This course gives those with managerial responsibility an understanding of bullying in the workplace and provides an opportunity to discuss good practice in a relaxed, flexible manner with plenty of opportunities for questions and answers.
Whether the problem is dealing with angry and aggressive behaviour, conflicts and disagreements, or negative, defensive and unresponsive people, this training will equip participants with the skills to learn to resolve these situations effectively and positively.
