We can provide in-house training courses on bullying and harassment and dignity and respect at work which are designed to improve organisational culture and individual performance.  The training will also cover the organisation’s legal requirements including its responsibilities as a result of the imminent major changes to Age Discrimination legislation.  The training will also make constant reference to the organisation’s own Policy on Bullying and Harassment, if they have one.

  

Bullying and Harassment training for Managers 

A manager’s responsibility to understand and recognise the signs of bullying has never been greater.  Recent high profile bullying and harassment cases such as Green v Deutsche Bank have reminded us all how damaging and expensive this issue can be to individual employees and to the organisation as a whole.  

We can deliver bullying and harassment training for managers at all levels. 

For Senior Managers we focus on raising their awareness of the issue and provide them with examples of corporate strategies that can be used to control and monitor bullying and harassment throughout the organisation.

For Line Management we concentrate on enhancing their understanding of what bullying and harassment is, how to recognise it and how to intervene to stop it.  We also provide examples of management systems that will allow preventative action to be taken as soon as bullying is identified.

Bullying and Harassment training for Staff

For Staff we run a variety of training sessions aimed at ensuring their understanding of what bullying and harassment is and how they can differentiate it from good management practice.  Key to this training is that staff understand the roles and responsibilities they have as individuals and the roles and responsibilities management have as employers.
