

Building on an early career lecturing in management and leadership, Lesley has spent 14 years in ‘the real world’, designing and delivering HR and learning solutions, in the UK and Europe.
A key strength is being able to work at all levels in an organisation, moving her focus as required from strategy and organisational outcomes to the detail of individual performance challenges.
Her warm and positive style is both direct and consultative, building long and productive partnerships.
Working with organisations as diverse as Lloyds TSB, Intel, Renault and the NHS have given her valuable insights into cross sector best practice.
Although Lesley is experienced in the design, delivery and assessment of leadership programmes, her focus is increasingly on 1/1 coaching interventions, supporting executives through change transitions. The changes may be organisational or personal – usually a bit of both!
Stress Management is a particular area of interest. By adding qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy to her portfolio, Lesley is now able to cover all aspects of this important issue, from audits and policy advice through to workshops, coaching, and therapy for stress related symptoms.
