Introduction
Managers Managing Stress is specifically developed to meet the needs of organisations who have recognised the crucial role managers play in the reduction and prevention of work-related stress.
The course is very practical and uses our specially developed management framework 'CUSP'™ as a tool to minimise the effect of specific stress situations on both the individual and the organisation. The course is regularly updated to take account of changes in stress-related legislation and recent HSE initiatives. Over the last 3 years, more than 100 organisations and over 5,000 managers have benefited from this course.
