This corporate ‘Performance Change Programme' is presented over three separate days approximately one week apart. The Programme introduces team members to new tools and techniques, which will allow them to work on their Personal Action Plan and to adopt a variety of new skills. The highly interactive nature of each session is key to the overall ‘learning’ process.
Team members will attach their own meanings to the insights generated, and will learn how to use proven tools and techniques within the programme, so they become embedded as part of their new behavioural patterns and responses.
Throughout the programme team members regularly break into small groups to complete action exercises and discuss learnings, meanings and required actions. Consequently the new learnings are put into practice immediately.
The workshop format is informal, participative and fun.
