Mental Health Awareness Training

It is estimated that poor mental health in the workplace costs Britain £26 billion each year.  Training in mental health awareness can give managers and staff the confidence to support a colleague experiencing a mental health issue and remove the belief that you have to be an expert to act.  Without this confidence their fear of doing the wrong thing can prevent them from doing the right thing.

Training a workforce in mental health awareness can:

  • Help tackle prejudice and stigma
  • Support employees to stay in work
  • Reduce sickness and absenteeism
  • Promote emotional and mental health wellbeing
