Instead of counting sheep, concentrate on your breathing, dismissing other thoughts, and try the following:
Lie on your back and take 8 deep breaths in through your mouth and out through your nose
Turn onto your right side and take 16 deep breaths in and out as before
Turn onto your left side and this time take 32 deep breaths as before …
… very few people manage to complete this exercise. We hope it works for you.
