Repeat customers: Our training courses next week

Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it”

William Arthur Ward

We are always delighted when we receive positive feedback from delegates and regular readers of our blog will know that we are sometimes driven to write a post about it!

However, we are never complacent and, as we mention on our homepage, strongly believe we are only as good as our last training course.  So there was some delight in the office this week when we realised that all of our customers next week have used our services before.  A discussion ensued which highlighted that we were achieving many of our business objectives:

  • Sector wide training – courses are being delivered in the academic, public, private and charity sectors
  • UK wide training – our trainers will be delivering training courses from Aberdeen and Inverness in the North, to Northampton in the Midlands and Buckinghamshire in the South East
  • Range of training – our trainers will be delivering a wide variety of our courses in the areas of Resilience, Personal Wellbeing, Mental Health Awareness and Diversity, Dignity and Respect

It is gratifying that feedback received from managers who attended a Developing Resilience:Training for Managers course has led to a Developing Personal Resilience course being rolled out and made available to the entire workforce.

So, our message is that whatever area you work in, whatever your size of business, wherever you are and whether you are interested in delivering a one-off course or a series of training courses, we will be delighted to hear from you and look forward to discussing how we can help your organisation enhance the resilience, health and wellbeing of those working within it.

To receive further details about any of our training courses, please either call us on 0131 476 5027 or complete our contact form here.
