3 Positive Things
If you find, especially at this time of year, that you fall into bed physically exhausted but with your mind a whirl of unfinished tasks and things you still need to do, you may find this simple exercise will calm your mind and leave you in a more relaxed state for sleep.
Keep a notebook and pen beside your bed and every evening, simply think back over your day and write down three good things about it – you’ll be amazed at the calming effect it has and the lift it gives you. Some organisations also encourage staff to take part at work by adding their (anonymous) contributions to a white board.
