So, in this edition we've done our best to make you feel a little more summery as we have some hot news about our website;a stress tip sure to leave a warm glow; have a fascinating article from GlaxoSmithKline describing the development of their Healthy-High Performance Programme which can in no way be described as dry; and you'll be glad to hear that we didn't experience too much high pressure in getting all our regular features ready.

We would like to introduce you to a new feature, to run for around a year, which profiles each of our consultants so that you can find out a little more about them.
