Newsletter Issue (53) - Feb/March 2010

Welcome to the first edition of In Equilibrium in 2010, we’ve noticed the mornings are definitely getting lighter and hopefully we'll also have some warmer temperatures to look forward to … and not just for those lucky people who have booked a spring break abroad!

In this edition, as well as all our regular features, we introduce you to a course we have recently developed; launch our new Ask the Expert section; and provide a link to some research which explains why telling your boss what you think of them is good for your health.

Ask the Expert

In our new section we plan to feature a question from one of our readers, which we feel may be of interest to others, together with an answer from one of our consultants.

Question
“Do you have any tips which would help me get out of bed on the first alarm in the morning, rather than stealing another ten minutes in the warm, which is enough to throw my morning routine out of kilter?”

This edition’s answer has been provided by Dr David Mason Brown who runs various lifestyle, energy and well-being courses, view his profile and course details on our website here … http://in-equilibrium.co.uk/about/our-consultants/dr-david-mason-brown
