Training Courses

Tranquil scene

As training providers, In Equilibrium works closely with Learning and Development, Health & Safety and Human Resource Management departments to ensure both management and staff will receive professional training on stress management which meets their specific requirements.  We do not have a "one size fits all" strategy and will discuss your training aims in detail to ensure that a course which fully satisfies your organisational requirements is delivered.

Our stress management training courses are designed to be delivered in-house and can either be a full or a half day in length. They are highly interactive and allow for group discussion, personal reflection and action planning. In addition, they are carefully structured to illustrate how the risk of stress can be minimised for individual managers and employees and for the organisation as a whole.

All our courses which are focused on managing stress at work, are run by training consultants who are specialists in their field and include doctors, psychologists and executive coaches.

The range of courses offered within our stress management training section not only looks at employers' legal and HSE compliance responsibilities but also at how to enhance wellbeing, confidence, communication skills, work life balance and conflict management techniques. These are all elements where there is now extensive evidence proving that successful intervention not only benefits the health and performance of individuals, but also the effectiveness and productivity of the organisations they work in.
