Mental Health in the Workplace

Our Mental Health Awareness training is designed to outline the most common mental health disorders and help managers deal with issues appropriately.  This training also raises awareness of the stress response and how it impacts on mental health in the workplace.  Managers will not only learn some of the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health disorders but will also learn the most effective ways of managing someone with either a suspected or diagnosed condition.  Discovering how to help their staff cope when a team member is suspected of or diagnosed with a mental health condition is also covered as well as absence and return to work adjustments.
