World Mental Health Day - Monday 10 October

This year's theme is to "Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority" and, as ever, the day provides us all with an opportunity to renew our efforts to look after and improve mental health.

The Mental Health Foundation have a page on their website which includes downloadable posters and social media graphics to help spread the word about the day this year.
