In-Equilibrium recently presented a Mental Health Awareness and Interventions Training session to a group of our managers who are currently involved in managing such cases. This was exceptionally well received as it provided a lot of practical advice and useful tips on how best we can manage these individuals.
In-Equilibrium were able to create a bespoke mental health training programme that met our needs perfectly. The trainer delivered an engaging and interesting session by including activities, opening discussion and weaving personal real-life stories into the day. The team found the session valuable and the learning has helped us to develop company strategies and policies around mental health.
I think the trainer was absolutely fantastic! Really engaging and delivered the course incredibly well. The material given during the course to take away has proved really helpful as it was a large pack with a lot of information to read over and keep going back to at later dates.

The course exceeded my objectives as there were a lot of concepts that I hadn’t even considered would be covered in the course. I’ve learned about stress, boundaries, optimism, thinking traps, importance of looking after myself emotionally and physically. My objective was to learn how to be stronger and I don’t think that comes overnight.
I am glad to say that all who attended the course are now real advocates of it and have been spreading positive feedback amongst their teams and colleagues, so I do not doubt that we will definitely be booking more of these courses in the future.
