Coming soon …. In Equilibrium open courses

For those occasions when it is either not practical or economically viable to run an in-house course, In Equilibrium will be offering a short series of open courses this autumn.

The series will be run in central London and will consist of 3 of our most popular one-day courses:

Developing Personal Resilience

An interactive course that introduces participants to skills that will increase their confidence in their ability to bounce back from the many pressures and adversities they inevitably encounter in today’s workplace.
“Very helpful, not preachy, down to earth, solution orientated, insightful and useful.”

Stress Management Training for Managers

A practical course that enables managers, supervisors and/or team leaders to identify signs of stress in their reports, to discuss their individual stress triggers with them and to agree on strategies for review in the future.
“I would thoroughly recommend this course to all managers. It provides an essential tool in identifying and minimising stress within your team.”

Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers

A valuable course that imparts the knowledge and understanding required to more effectively manage someone with a suspected or diagnosed mental health condition.  How to help other members of the team cope with the challenging behaviours associated with the most common mental health conditions is also covered.
“Very informative/enjoyable/well-paced with just enough info to deal with issues presented without being an expert.”

Full details will be announced shortly but if you would like to be amongst the first to receive a notification of the dates, prices and locations, please sign up to our mailing list.
