What great listeners actually do
A thought piece in the Harvard Business Review following some research by the authors, Zenger and Folkman. Rather than thinking of a good listener as a sponge, they propose a skilled listener should be thought of as a trampoline and have defined six levels of listening for readers to contemplate which level they'd like to aim for.
