Although many of our customers like to offer refresher courses to their management and staff at a set point in the future following their attendance at one of our training courses, In Equilibrium can also offer another service to your delegates.
Post-course follow-up emails
In order to help embed the knowledge learned on their training day, we can provide delegates with a post-course follow up email service. These can take the form of re-visiting areas covered on the course as well as signposting where to find further information and resources. The exact programme, format and frequency is discussed with each individual course organiser but it is a service which many delegates find beneficial as it prompts them to look back at their course notes and workbook and ensure they are using the resources.
