In this post we introduce 6 new training courses now available for delivery in-house. As ever, all are delivered by experienced workplace wellbeing trainers who are experts in their field.

Emotional Intelligence Training

Enables participants to better recognise, understand and manage their own thoughts, emotions and behaviours, as well as those of others. Training in emotional intelligence is valuable for anyone who is motivated to learn skills to improve communication, empathy, relationships and the ability to influence others in the workplace.

Growth Leadership Training

Equips leaders with the knowledge to support their employees through the challenges of organisational growth by focusing on change management, employee engagement, wellbeing, building resilience and developing a growth mindset.

Interviewing Skills Training

Explores a range of interviewing skills and includes practice in techniques. Participants learn how to conduct engaging interviews, without bias, and apply a consistent approach to recruitment and selection.
