Building Trust Training
A half-day course that equips participants with strategies to build a culture of trust and psychological safety by forging, strengthening and maintaining trusting relationships at work.
Dealing with Incivility at Work Training
Increases awareness of the negative impact of incivility on relationships, performance and workplace culture. Includes techniques that support respectful interactions to reinforce dignity and inclusion at work. A half-day course with a full day option.

We offer some possible actions to remedy a trend that’s been growing at an alarming rate since 2021. Concerns relating to the cost of living, uncertain times both at home and abroad, ongoing repercussions from Covid, and burnout have all been noted as possible reasons for its rise … and given none of them seem to be going anywhere, workplace solutions need to be found.
