We deliver a range of courses which can provide managers and staff with the knowledge and confidence to work with and support colleagues and others. In addition, advice is provided on how to tackle prejudice and stigma in the workplace.

All courses are designed to dispel the belief that you have to be an expert in mental health to offer support to your staff and colleagues.

Completion of this 1-day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies participants as adult MHFA Champions. The session is built around a mental health first aid action plan and includes a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities.
