Why Mondays may make a good training day
We know which day of the week to run training courses is often a topic for discussion and, historically, we’ve found that the beginning and end of the working week tend to be avoided.
However, we noticed in some recent feedback from a course run by Dawn Hamilton that starting the week with our one-day Developing Personal Resilience course may actually make Monday a very good training day. We thought we’d share our findings:
