We know which day of the week to run training courses is often a topic for discussion and, historically, we’ve found that the beginning and end of the working week tend to be avoided.
However, we noticed in some recent feedback that starting the week with our one-day Developing Personal Resilience course may actually make Monday a very good training day. We thought we’d share our findings:
