New Course: Mental Health Awareness Training

We have introduced a new one-day mental health course designed to raise awareness of the stress response and how it impacts on mental health.  Managers will not only learn some of the signs and symptoms of the most common mental health disorders but will also learn the most effective ways of managing someone with either a suspected or diagnosed condition.  Discovering how to help their staff cope when a team member is suspected of or diagnosed with a mental health condition is also covered.  Read more about our Mental Health Awareness Training here.
