Since the theme of our November/December 2014 newsletter is Wellness, we thought it would be apt to run a competition and improve three readers wellbeing by sending them a nice early Christmas present!

To Enter
All you have to do is spot the “Wee Willie Winkie hat” on one of the pages of our website and then email us at training@in-equilibrium.co.uk using “Newsletter Competition Entry” in the subject line.   Give us your name and choice of prize together with a link to the page where you found the hat.

The first three entries drawn from the said Wee Willie Winkie Hat at midday on Friday 28 November 2014 will receive their choice of prize.
