Our Early Summer edition of In Equilibrium featured the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work’s new Healthy Workplaces Manage Stress campaign  and some top tips from Investors in People about encouraging a good work life balance.

“Healthy Workplaces Manage Stress”

This is the title of the biennial campaign recently launched by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). The campaign will run for 18 months and hopes to raise awareness and produce simple user-friendly tools. The website which EU-OSHA have developed for the campaign contains useful information, tools and resources together with details of how to get involved, and can be accessed by clicking on the title above.

Top Tips for Encouraging a Good Work Life Balance
