Course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.  Courses will be charged at the price shown on the website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change course fees without notice.

Cancellations:
If you cancel 7 or more days before the event, we will provide a 100% refund of the fee.  No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, or for no-shows.  Cancellation charges apply for all cancellations including those due to illness.  Cancellations must be received in writing via email to the email address and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.  If we are able to fill the space cancelled we will give a full refund.

If a delegate is unable to attend, it is acceptable for a substitute delegate from the same company to take their place, at no additional cost, the customer should advise the change of name in writing before the course takes place. A course booking is taken as firm once payment has been received from the client.
