If you cancel 30 or more days before the event, we will provide a 50% refund of the fee. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event, or for no-shows. Cancellation charges apply for all cancellations including those due to illness. Cancellations must be received in writing via email to email address and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details. If we are able to fill the space cancelled we will give a full refund.
If a delegate is unable to attend, it is acceptable for a substitute delegate from the same company to take their place, at no additional cost, the customer should advise the change of name in writing before the course takes place. A course booking is taken as firm once payment has been received from the client.
In the event of a course cancellation Equilibrium will not be responsible for any consequential loss of expense incurred by the delegates including any prepaid travel expenses or hotel costs. In the event of the course not going ahead for any reason, In Equilibrium will inform you as soon as possible and we will refund you immediately on cancellation.
Normally these are made by the same method used for payment or as may be agreed. The decision as to which course of action will be taken will be agreed between Equilibrium Associates Limited and the client to mutual satisfaction.
