When one of life’s challenges turns up on your doorstep or desk, it can often be its overall size which causes those feelings of “how can I overcome this one?”

By breaking the task/project down into smaller pieces and dealing with each piece one at a time, the whole can sometimes be achieved relatively painlessly and with a huge surge of positivity!
