We are pleased to be offering a one-day open course entitled “Preventing Bullying in the Workplace: Training for Managers”
This open course gives managers the opportunity to discuss complex questions such as:
-
“What is banter and where do we draw the line?”,
-
“What is the difference between strong management and bullying?”
-
“What constitutes unacceptable behaviour?”
The course also looks at the legal dimensions of bullying in the workplace.
As this course is open to managers from different organisations there will be plenty of opportunity for interaction and sharing of best practice.
The course is being held on the 30th November 2016 at the Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel.
If you think this course may be of interest to colleagues please share this post.
Bookings can be made by phone 01383 620033 or by email to training@in-equilibrium.co.uk.
