Short Training Courses to Enhance Wellbeing and Inclusion In the Workplace

People are busy; we get that!
So in addition to our full and half day offerings, we have developed a range of short training courses.
All these workshops can be delivered digitally in two hours or less.  Some create awareness, while others develop knowledge through offering practical tips and the opportunity for unique discussions.  All are delivered by subject experts and have the aim that learners return to their role uplifted with new knowledge and awareness to help enhance wellbeing in the workplace.

A 90 minute Introduction to Mindfulness

For those who find juggling multiple daily demands can leave them feeling a bit frazzled, this session equips participants with powerful tools that enable them to de-activate stress and respond to pressure in a calm and positive fashion. A handout outlining all the exercises practised during the session together with suggested resources for exploring the topic more deeply is provided.

A 2-hour, interactive workshop valuable for managers, leaders, HR professionals and anyone responsible for ensuring compliance with the new duty to prevent sexual harassment at work. It aims to increase awareness and understanding of roles, responsibilities and conduct in relation to the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023.
