We know exercise is good for our health but it’s also one of the best stress relievers around. At this time of year when our natural tendency is to hibernate and to use any spare time we may have to get ready for the Christmas festivities, it’s worth remembering that just 5 minutes spent stretching or 20 minutes walking the dog is enough to ease our immediate pressures and leave us feeling ready to attack that next task.
