David is a doctor who specialises in the use of both traditional and state of the art techniques to maximise energy and minimise stress.  He believes passionately in an integrated and holistic approach to overcoming life’s obstacles and reducing harmful stress.  He has 18 years experience of stress and lifestyle management training, and has helped many people reduce their stress levels and boost their health and well being through his in-house training courses.

Having worked with many private and public sector organisations, David is one of the UK’s most sought after presenters on stress, health and well being.  His background includes 20 years as a GP before becoming a corporate healthcare specialist.  David is on the General Medical Council Register but is no longer practicing medicine in order to focus more time on his workshops.

David’s training courses are practical, interactive, informative, entertaining and in many cases, life-changing.
