Dawn Hamilton PhD has been a trainer and coach for the past 17 years. She has designed and facilitated courses for many FTSE100 companies and SMEs. She has a wealth of experience in providing training and coaching in organisational resilience, stress management and wellness which she has provided to a diverse range of people including managers, senior executives, professional sports people, and university students.
Dawn spent 5 years at Cranfield School of Management researching Resilience at Work for which she was awarded her Doctorate degree in Social Psychology. Her findings identified important strategies people can use to build their personal resilience and optimise their performance.
Dawn is passionate about sharing her knowledge with others in order for people to lead happier and healthier lives. Her approach combines her training in nutritional therapy, person-centred counselling, NLP, biofeedback, neuroscience, and positive psychology to give clients a comprehensive toolkit of practical strategies that can be adapted to their personal work situations.
Dawn has also been practicing Mindfulness since 1998 and recently attended a Mindfulness Teacher Training course. Earlier in her career Dawn taught at various London universities and also had a successful career working in corporate finance in the City.
