Jackie Lawler

Jackie is experienced in facilitating staff groups in complex situations with diverse people.  She has facilitated in a wide range of areas, including coaching, resilience, courageous conversations, and creating the conditions for teams to be at their best.

Having a  background in Leadership and Organisational Development, Jackie uses a blended approach of learning theory, NLP, Systemic Modelling and clean language to support an excellent learning state of openness to new ideas.  She is client-led, whether training or coaching, and she builds on what is already working well and the currently available resources.

Her twin passions are connecting people to themselves and each other and being the best we can be. As well as continuously working on these things in herself, Jackie supports others in these areas in a variety of ways, including facilitation of group work, personal coaching and group coaching.  Jackie is an actively practising coach; she is trained in Peer Coaching Supervision and regularly (several times a year) undertakes individual and group coaching supervision and has bi-monthly coaching sessions herself.
