Sue Cairns

Sue delivers the train the trainer version of the Scottish Mental Health First Aid (SMHFA) course as well as delivering the Scottish Mental Health First Aid course to delegates from organisations in all sectors.

As a training consultant and life coach, Sue has many years experience of creating, developing and delivering various bespoke training workshops within the voluntary, statutory and corporate sectors.

Sue is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodrama and Sociodrama trained.  She can offer personal development workshops, one to one therapy and life coach and design sessions.

Having worked in the community as an educator, group worker, trainer and provided one to one support for over 20 years, Sue is passionate about engaging the community in projects that benefit them and fight against injustice within society.
