Tim Malnick

Tim has worked in the field of organisational learning and change for over 15 years. He has a degree in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and a Masters in Organisational Psychology from UMIST. His work focuses on the deep level transformations required to move toward a sustainable society.

Tim is a faculty member at Ashridge Business School, a member of their Centre for Action Research and co-director of the Ashridge MSc in Sustainability and Responsibility. He supports leaders, teams and organisations to engage with complex questions of change, values and purpose.

He is an authorised teacher of meditation in the Longchen Foundation and has been teaching for over 10 years. He has a particular interest in conveying the essence of Buddhist practices and principles in a way that is pragmatic, accessible and directly relevant to people in today’s complex and uncertain times.
