Some of the more important motivation theories are discussed and put into a practical application, enabling delegates to return to work with an action plan.

  • Learn the importance of perception in relation to motivation
  • Have a vision of ways in which motivation turns into momentum

Who Is It For?

"Motivating Yourself and Others" is suitable for all employees. It can also be run for specific groups and tailored to particular workplace scenarios.

The course content and capacity can be customised for individuality and to ensure organisations’ specific learning criteria are met. Consultancy to motivate yourself and others is also an option either as a standalone service or in conjunction with training.

A testimonial for the training course:

“Very interesting and gave us the chance to give our own point of view and see the other team members’ points of view.  I will think more about how I can improve on what I need to keep myself motivated and how to approach others more effectively.  We are a very busy department and do not often get chance for this type of interaction.  I think understanding the others’ needs and goals will help us to unite more.”
