Wake up and Smell the Roses
Your sense of smell is very powerful and can evoke memories and mood changes in a matter of seconds. A whiff of perfume or the bouquet of certain flowers can be a wonderful way of reducing tension. A good one for re-energising is to peel an orange and then to break pieces of the skin in your hand to release the natural aroma. Take a few deep breaths and you may be ready to face your next challenge.
