Carol Howell

Carol Howell’s consultancy expertise, honed over two decades and bolstered by a Master’s in Organisational Development and Consultancy, is comprehensive, spanning roles as an internal and external consultant.

Specialising in organisational development coordination with a focus on diversity, Carol has designed and delivered consultancy and training in partnership with organisations on anti-racism and anti-sexism programmes. She also has a track record of crafting and implementing custom development programmes for teams undergoing mergers, facing instability, or adapting to new structures.

Carol’s extensive experience includes serving as a city-wide service manager in the NHS and 30 years in training and organisational development across various sectors. Furthermore, she is a facilitator at the Cultural Intelligence Centre and is adept at providing consultancy, facilitation, and training services virtually and in person.
