Workplace Mental Health first aid Champions

Attending this 1-day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies delegates as adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Champions.

Course Context

The Workplace MHFA Champions course is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan and the day includes a mix of presentations, group discussions and workshop activities.

Everyone who completes the course gets a MHFA manual to keep and refer to whenever they need it, together with a badge and certificate to say they are a MHFA Champion.

  • Duration: 1 day face to face training or, in the virtual format, 2 x live sessions or 4 x live sessions.
  • Capacity: Numbers are limited to 16 people per course so that the trainer can keep delegates safe and supported while they learn.

Who Is It For?
