A short refresher training course to help Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders®) maintain their skills and gain fresh confidence to perform their role safely and effectively.
Like physical first aiders, mental health first aiders need to periodically refresh their skills. Mental Health First Aid England recommends that MHFAiders® undertake refresher training every 3 years. This helps ensure their skills and knowledge are updated so they can provide their crucial role confidently and safely.
Refreshing the skills of MHFAiders® also illustrates your organisation’s commitment to treating mental health and physical health equally.
