Martin is a highly experienced training consultant and corporate coach with proven ability to work flexibly and successfully within a variety of settings and with diverse groups of managers and front line staff. He is equally at home working in the Private, Public and Third Sectors.
Martin has particular expertise in the design and delivery of imaginative and effective training to maximise individual and team performance. He has also been particularly effective in working with organisations to equip their managers and employees with abilities to work with pressures and change. His main areas of interest are Resilience Skills, Stress Management, Leadership, Managing Change and Employee Engagement.
In his role as In Equilibrium consultant Martin takes responsibility for the management and delivery of major training projects. As such he is very experienced in understanding the organisation’s key objectives and able to design and deliver effective training courses and individual coaching sessions to meet them.
