Lesley Jefferson
Lesley predominantly works as a 1:1 coach where she uses her business experience and post graduate coaching qualifications to help her adapt to the client in front of her. She is also an advanced mindfulness practitioner.
During a first career in lecturing business and management, Lesley won a Queen’s Award for the assessment of prior learning for the armed services. The second phase of her career was involved in Management Development and Recruitment. This included the design and delivery of leadership and management programmes for organisations as diverse as Renault Europe, Intel, Lloyds TSB and the NHS.
Lesley now focuses on wellbeing, bringing a wealth of insights based on her personal experience. Her approach is down-to-earth, practical and supportive.
