Sara Rawstron

Sara is an HR specialist on employee wellbeing – from policy development and implementation to the design and delivery of workshops and briefings on managing pressure and building resilience. She is also an executive coach and uses a coaching approach to enable participants to achieve real change from attending her workshops.

Sara spent over 20 years in management and leadership development.  She also worked for 6 years as the senior corporate lead for workplace stress in a large, complex organisation where, through the work of her team in conducting organisational stress risk assessments and training for managers and staff, sickness absence was reduced by 5%.

Sara is passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to deal effectively with the pressures and challenges they face so that they, not only improve their effectiveness, but that their quality of life improves.
