Online Workplace Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training

A short refresher online training course to help
Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions
maintain their skills and gain fresh confidence
to perform their role safely and effectively.

Course Context

Like physical first aiders, mental health first aiders need to periodically refresh their skills.  Mental Health First Aid England recommends that both Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions undertake refresher training annually and re-take their full training every 3 years.  This helps ensure their skills and knowledge are updated so they can provide their crucial role confidently and safely.

Refreshing the skills of both Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions also illustrates your organisation’s commitment to treating mental health and physical health equally.
