Course Context

Like physical first aiders, mental health first aiders need to periodically refresh their skills.  Mental Health First Aid England recommends that both MHFAider® and MHFA Champions undertake refresher training every 3 years.  This helps ensure their skills and knowledge are updated so they can provide their crucial role confidently and safely.

Refreshing the skills of both MHFAider® and MHFA Champions also illustrates your organisation’s commitment to treating mental health and physical health equally.
