"The Trainer was very engaging and it was great to be able to clarify the skills
we have learnt and know that we are supporting our people."

"Was great going through some of the basics of some of the illnesses and how to ask about them. I know that I used my skills since the original course but good to be able to ask questions and get an honest response from our amazing Trainer."

"You can tell how passionate the Trainer is, which is infectious, so even those who want to hide at the back want to join in. Some really useful new websites available too, which is good because so much has moved on since our original course. Thanks to all involved."
