"I have already recommended this course, within minutes of completing it! It has really opened my eyes, and mind up to the mental health wellbeing issues. Thank you. A really informative course, and well balanced on understanding yourself as well as others, learning to have empathy, and how to approach a subject without being intrusive to a person or their mental state."
