Elizabeth Ann has extensive experience of organisational development; consultancy and training gained over 23 years of working in the public and private sector.
She has a passion for supporting people to be the very best they can be and this has led her to focus on interpersonal skills training and development. She believes that self-esteem and confidence are the communication foundation, which ensures that both individuals and organisations operate effectively.
Elizabeth Ann’s experience includes:

Elizabeth Ann specialises in assertiveness; conflict management; bullying and harassment; feedback and coaching; influencing and negotiation; managing change and stress management.
Since becoming a consultant in 2003, she has travelled around the world organising and running personal development workshops and seminars.
Her role has allowed her to work with staff at all levels in organisations – from the policy development to the design & training delivery and programme evaluation.
Elizabeth Ann is Principal of an International Personal Development Organisation.
