Pretending to be a starfish on dry land has a lot going for it in the stress release stakes.
Find a quiet, shady spot in a park (or a private garden if you’re shy), lie on the grass and spread your arms and legs out like a starfish. Look up at the sky (remembering never to look directly at the sun) and take some long, slow breaths.
Five minutes will pass all too quickly but should reinvigorate you for the next part of your day!
