One of the descriptions we read this week about our energy levels during the pandemic likened them to a bouncing ball.  If left untouched, the ball starts with a high bounce, the uplift of which gradually reduces, before rolling to a stop altogether.

In addition to the ongoing pandemic, there are currently many elements of our lives that can deplete our energy – planning for Christmas, the short, dark winter days and a relentless inbox to name but a few.  It is easy to see why developing resilience skills has become so valuable this year.
